    Royal Care Companion provides a platform that connects clients, caregivers, and agencies for caregiving support and related services. We do not provide medical advice or emergency medical services.

  2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services and capable of forming a binding contract.

  3. User Accounts

    You agree to provide accurate information and maintain account confidentiality. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

  4. Payments

    Users agree to pay all applicable service fees. Payments are processed through a third-party processors. We are not responsible for third-party payment processing errors.

  5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
    • Provide false information
    • Harass or harm caregivers, clients, or staff
    • Attempt to hack or disrupt systems
    • Circumvent payment systems

  6. Communications Consent

    By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional communications via email, SMS, or phone related to services.

    Marketing communications require express opt-in consent and may be withdrawn at any time.

  7. Independent Contractors

    Caregivers and agencies may operate as independent contractors. Royal Care Companion acts as a technology platform and not the direct employer unless otherwise specified in writing.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Care Companion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

  9. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold Royal Care Companion harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

  10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform or users.

  11. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

  12. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
